The user undertakes to make proper use of the website in accordance with the law, good faith, public order, traffic practices, and this Legal Notice. The user shall be liable to the ORGANIZER or third parties for any damages that may be caused as a result of breach of this obligation.

All notifications and communications you make with BAILA will be considered effective, for all purposes, provided they are made through the means specified above.
The following terms and conditions of sale are intended to establish the terms and explain the details of the ticket purchase transaction by users who purchase through this means, as well as the rights and obligations inherent to the ticket(s) purchased.
1. TICKET PURCHASE
THE ORGANIZER offers any interested party the opportunity to purchase tickets online to attend the various shows it organizes. Internet users who access the ORGANIZER's website and, specifically, this ticket purchase section, voluntarily accept and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the purchase agreement, to which they are subject, as set forth below.
The tickets purchased by the user are for personal use only. Their resale or transfer, even attempted, is expressly prohibited, as this constitutes a violation of the applicable terms. In the event of suspected fraud, any ticket or reservation may be canceled.
You must inform URBAN ROOSTERS of any relevant changes to your address, contact telephone number, or email address, both before and after receiving the tickets. Please be aware that your email filter may treat our emails as spam or send them to your spam folder, so you should check accordingly.
Ticket reservations will not be considered complete until they are accepted by us. We always try to ensure that prices are correct, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the tickets you have reserved or purchased, we will inform you as soon as possible and may cancel the reservation (in which case you will be refunded the price of the tickets and any distribution, transaction, or additional fees you may have paid) or offer you the option to confirm your order at the correct price.
Although we may allocate specific seats to you, we reserve the right to change those seats to seats of equal value.

2. FORMALIZATION OF THE PURCHASE
From the moment the user places the purchase order and successfully completes payment for one or more tickets, they will be referred to as the "BUYER" and will be obligated as such to the ORGANIZER, who will act as the seller. The purchase made online by the BUYER and received by the ORGANIZER is contractually binding.
The BUYER must correctly and completely complete the requested information and agrees not to enter third-party data. Receipt of the purchase order will be confirmed by the ORGANIZER by email or other means without delay, and from that moment on, the sale will be finalized and both parties will be bound to comply with the agreement.
If the mail containing your tickets is returned to us marked "recipient absent," "recipient unknown," or any similar term, your reservation may be canceled, and you will be refunded the price of the tickets (excluding distribution costs, booking management fees, or transaction fees), or your reservation may be made available for collection at the box office.
To collect tickets at the box office, the cardholder must present the card used to purchase or reserve the tickets as identification. Letters of authorization or other forms of identification may not be accepted, and tickets may not be delivered.
Always check your tickets upon receipt and inform us without delay of any errors that may have occurred. Errors made during purchase cannot always be corrected, and any corrections will be made at the discretion of the purchaser.
3. GENERAL CONDITIONS GOVERNING THE PURCHASE OF TICKETS THROUGH THIS SITE
The purchase of the ticket(s) represents the PURCHASER'S acceptance of the following General Conditions:
A) The ticket has various security measures. However, the Organization does not guarantee its authenticity if it has not been purchased at one of the official points of sale. Any ticket that is altered, torn, suspected of being counterfeit, or acquired illegally will authorize the Organization to deny the bearer access. In these cases, if the bearer is not permitted access to the venue, the Organization declines all liability. A condition of admission is to have a complete ticket in good condition. The ticket must be kept until exiting the venue.
B) The number of tickets, their price, and their location will be chosen by the BUYER during the purchase process and cannot be changed once the purchase has been made.
C) In some exceptional cases, the Company may change the location or time of the performance or make changes to the seats chosen by the BUYER. In these cases, the ORGANIZER will offer to refund the ticket price to the BUYER if they do not agree with the changes and decide not to attend.
D) Ticket purchases through the ORGANIZER's official website include a ticket printing service, which allows you to (i) print the ticket at the time of completing the purchase process (by downloading a PDF file) or (ii) save the file on your computer for later printing. In exceptional situations, for technical and/or security reasons, the ticket printing service may be disabled. In this case, the BUYER must arrive at the ticket office of the venue where the show will be held at least 1 hour before the event to collect the ticket(s). To collect the ticket(s), the BUYER must present the following at the box office:
• The credit/debit card used to make the purchase.
• The ID/passport of the credit/debit cardholder.
• The receipt for the purchase (Purchase Confirmation) sent by email.
E) Once the ticket has been purchased, it will only be exchanged or refunded in the event of cancellation of the event, in which case the purchaser may request a refund within 15 days from the date of public announcement of the cancellation, in the manner specified by the ORGANIZER, and presenting, in all cases, proof of purchase. The ticket price will be refunded and the buyer will not be responsible for any other expenses such as, but not limited to, hotels, travel, meals, per diem, etc.
If the period established in the previous paragraph elapses without the buyer requesting a refund for any purchases made, this will be deemed to constitute a waiver of any applicable refunds. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued after the established deadlines.
The buyer's inability to attend the event for reasons beyond the control of the organizer and/or an error in the purchase process will not be valid grounds for requesting a refund of the ticket price.
F) The organizer reserves the right to modify, if circumstances so require, the dates, times, programs, or performers announced, and also to cancel the show.
4. CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND STAY IN THE SHOW FACILITIES
A) The ORGANIZER always reserves the right of admission. Children under 5 years of age are not permitted to enter the show. Any minor over this age must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
B) For safety reasons, attendees may be searched upon entering the venue. Under no circumstances may they be allowed to bring in objects that may be considered dangerous or that are prohibited by current safety regulations for public shows. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and therefore will be grounds for prohibiting entry:
• The introduction of alcoholic beverages, weapons, instruments that could be used as such, flares, fireworks, or similar objects.
• The introduction and display of banners, symbols, emblems, or slogans that incite violence.
• Being under the influence of alcoholic beverages, narcotics, psychotropic drugs, or similar substances.
C) The ORGANIZER may deny access or expel the ticket holder from the venue if they fail to comply with these conditions or if they fail to heed instructions given by the organization or venue staff.
Denial of access or expulsion may also be carried out if it can reasonably be expected that their continued presence in the venue poses a risk or danger to the holder or other event attendees. The holder will be held personally responsible, in all cases, for their own actions and omissions when these cause injury to third parties or damage to property.
D) The ORGANIZER reserves all image and intellectual property rights of the show. Taking photographs, with or without flash, filming, or recording is prohibited. The ticket holder acknowledges that they may appear in images taken within the venues by various means for subsequent informational or promotional dissemination, and authorizes such use.
If video surveillance is used at the entrance, we inform you that your image will become part of a file under the responsibility of the organizer for the purposes of access control and event security, as well as for the resolution of any incidents. You have the right to access, rectify, cancel, and object to the processing of your data with the event organizer.
5. USE OF PURCHASED TICKETS
A) The ticket(s) purchased on this website must be held in safekeeping until the day of the event as if they were cash. The ticket buyer or the person in whose name the ticket is personalized assumes all responsibility in the event of duplication, photocopying, or falsification of the ticket, and forfeit all rights granted to them by this document to enter the venue.
B) The ORGANIZER is not responsible for any loss or theft of tickets. Nor any personal belongings.
C) The purchase of tickets does not grant the BUYER the right to use them, or their content, for advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes (including contests, giveaways, and/or raffles), without the express written consent of the ORGANIZER. Failure to comply with this prohibition will entitle the ORGANIZER to render the ticket(s) unusable and to initiate any legal action it deems appropriate to claim any damages that such conduct may have caused the ORGANIZER.
6. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY POLICY
In accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data and its implementing regulations, the BUYERS' personal data will be incorporated into an automated file for which the ORGANIZER, with registered address at {LOPD_ADDRESS} of {LOPD_NAME}, is responsible.

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The purchase and sale of tickets carried out through this site is governed by Spanish law, as expressly provided in Article 1.262 of the Civil Code, in conjunction with the provisions of Chapter IV of the Preliminary Title of the same legal body.
For any dispute that may arise during the execution of the purchase and sale, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
