The capture of images obtained and stored through the recording system (video surveillance cameras), used for the purpose of prevention, security and protection of people and property located in the facilities of the organization. |

The images captured through the video surveillance system will be kept for a maximum period of one month from the capture, after which it will be deleted, provided that the user does not exercise any of the rights that legally protect him. |

Likewise, the images may be transferred to the State Security Forces, as well as to the courts and tribunals that require it in compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the Entity as the Data Controller. |
