A dinner to mark Celiac Disease Awareness Month, featuring a discussion with María Ángeles Sánchez Más—a person with celiac disease, a dietitian specializing in gluten-free catering, and a catering specialist at ACECOVA—and Dany Faccio—a person with celiac disease, a dietitian, and the creator of the Singlutenismo project—where we will discuss celiac disease in the dietitian’s office: what to offer as nutritionists and dietitians, and what to expect as a person with celiac disease.
Afterward, we’ll enjoy a dinner together, creating a relaxed atmosphere where we can continue our conversation.
