Terms & Conditions: Upon purchase of your package, our Spa & Wellness Club Team will reach out to make firm bookings for the treatments included in your retreat. The chosen date will be the first day of the programme (to be enjoyed in consecutive days). Wellness Retreat non-refundable, valid for the purchased dates only, cannot be exchanged for cash nor transferred to other type of service or guest. Treatments must be booked in advance to ensure desired availability and no later than 7 days before the starting date of the package. Treatments must be spread throughout the duration of the package to maximize the retreat benefits, as it has been tailored by our Spa Director to improve your overall experience.
