DOOR POLICY

ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 IS NOT PERMITTED ENTRY INTO THE VENUE.

EVERY PERSON ENTERING O BEACH IBIZA MUST HAVE A VALID FORM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IDENTIFICATION IN THE FORM OF EITHER A PASSPORT OR DRIVING LICENSE.

• The management reserves the right to refuse admission to and/or eject any person appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately. Please note NO refunds will be given under these circumstances.
• To ensure safety, we reserve the right to conduct security searches of your person, clothing, bags and all other items on entry and exit and reserve the right to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to others.
• Food and drink purchased elsewhere are not allowed into the day club, this also includes food and drink from the THB Ocean Beach Hotel.
• Entry into the venue is at the manager’s discretion, any person refusing to comply with any regulation concerning public bathing or swimming will be asked to leave the premises.
• Please note that SLR Cameras and unauthorised video cameras are not permitted at any time. If you wish to record inside please contact our marketing team at least a week in advance.
• Selfie sticks are also not permitted.
• By entering O Beach Ibiza, you consent to being photographed or filmed and you consent to resulting materials being used for commercial distribution, publication and O Beach communications, without payment or copyright.
• Animals are not permitted in the venue.
• The establishment ensures that its facilities, including entrances, exits, restrooms, and common areas, are designed and equipped to accommodate wheelchair users.
• We operate a no re-entry policy.
• O Beach Ibiza operates a policy in which you can hire towels for use with us directly for a 10€ deposit and this will be returned to you are the end of the day, providing your return the towel and receipt. You cannot leave the venue with the towel in any circumstances, however if you have purchased a towel from our O Beach Boutique please retain the receipt as proof of purchase as you will be required to show this upon exit.

E TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Clients who have bought Early Bird Tickets must arrive before 2pm.
  We cannot guarantee General Admission Entry after this time. In the case that we reach our venue capacity, even with a purchased ticket, entrance into the venue may be subject to a one in one out entrance scenario.
• Clients who have purchased General Admission Tickets are advised to arrive before 3pm, after this time we cannot guarantee your entry.
• All tickets are non- refundable.
• Ticket holders cannot be added to bed reservations under any circumstances.
• The ticket is only valid for the specific date purchased and will need to be shown on entry into the day club.
• Please note that the ticket price on the O Beach website is the advance ticket price and can only be bought up until 10am on the day of the event. Entrance paid at the door on the day may be higher than the advance price.
• The cost paid for your ticket is non-refundable under any circumstances including situations and events out of our control, but we will offer a change of date in the same year if you contact us at least 7 days prior to your original ticket date (subject to availability). Please note that the cost of the tickets you have paid must be the same, or more than the ticket price of the new event and we will not be able to refund you the difference.
• There are a limited number of lockers available in the club which include phone chargers, therefore we encourage you to use the lockers to store your belongings and your shoes.
• Please note that the lockers include a fee, however you have full access to open and close your locker throughout the course of the day.
• Tickets are sold subject to the management’s right to alter or vary the events calendar due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
• The purchaser represents and warrants that the ticket is purchased for personal use only, and that the ticket may not be resold or offered for resale by anyone. Resale or attempted resale of a ticket is grounds for cancellation of that ticket and the holder may be refused entry to, or ejected from the club, without refund or other compensation.
• If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered tickets to the rescheduled event.
• O Beach Ibiza operates a policy in which you may hire towels for use with us directly for a 10€ deposit which will be returned to you at the end of the day, providing you return the towel and reciept - with the towel in the same condition as when you received it. You cannot leave the venue with with the towel in any circumstances, however if you have purchased a towel from our O Beach Boutique, please retain the recipt as proof of purchase as you will be require to show this upon exit.

LOUNGER & BED / TABLE BOOKINGS

• All Lounger, Bed and Table bookings at O Beach are based on a cover charge plus a minimum spend agreement. (This excludes Ibiza Spray events which have a champagne package included in the price that cannot be altered.)
• The cover charge is the hire cost of the bed/table which includes entry to the venue.
• The minimum spend is the minimum amount your party commits to spend that day on food and drink from the venue. If you do not reach your minimum spend during the hours of the event, you will not be refunded the difference and the remaining amount cannot be transferred to another booking or event.
• To complete your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances including situations and events out of our control, but we will offer a change to a different date in the same year  if you contact us at least 7 days prior to your original reservation date (subject to availability).
• Any changes to new reservations made in 2025 must be made 7 days prior to the date of your reservation. If you contact us after this time,  your deposit is non refundable or transferable.
• Guests have the option at checkout to prepay for the booking in advance. This payment will include the 10% discretionary service charge. If this option is selected, the completed booking payment will be non-refundable, and the full payment will be subject to the ´deposit terms´.
• Clients who have booked Individual Sun Loungers are required to arrive before 2pm, after this time the bed will become available for re-sale, and we cannot guarantee your booking. If your Sun Lounger/s is/are no longer available due to your late arrival, this will be considered a "no show" and you may lose your deposit. After this time the area will become available for re-sale. If your area is no longer available due to your late arrival this will be considered a "no show" and you will lose your deposit.
• All Garden Area Beds/Tables/Booths/Sofas and Sunset Roof Garden Area Beds/Tables/Booths/Cabanas/Sofas (excluding Individual Sun Loungers) must arrive before 3pm. Whereas all VIP Area Beds/Tables/Cabanas/Booths/Sofa bookings are required to arrive before 4pm. After this time the area will become available for re-sale. If your area is no longer available due to your late arrival this will be considered a "no show" and you will lose your deposit.
• If guests notify us that they are running late, we can hold the reservation until for a maximum of 30 minutes - until 3:30pm - for Sunset Roof Garden Area and Garden Area bookings. For VIP bookings, we can also hold reservations for a maximum of 30 mintutes - until 4:30pm. If guests are not here until this time we have the right to re-sell the reservation.
• All guests across all areas of the venue can enjoy the use of their beds/tables/booths/cabanas/sofas/Loungers from 1PM. When reserving on the Sunset Roof Terrace, you will be upgraded to another area in the venue in the event of this area closing earlier than programmed. Closing times can range from 21.00h to 23.00h depending on the day and time of year.
• On the day of the booking, guests will be required to pay the remaining balance, plus a discretionary 10% service charge which will be automatically added to the final bill.
• In exceptional cases the venue may change your specific bed booked to another bed or table.
• The management has the right to alter or vary events due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange bookings.
• By reserving two or more beds under the same booking order we are unable to split the cost of the bill on the day. The cost will be charged on one bill, to one table/bed.
•  No extra guests will be allowed to join the reservation.
• Bed prices are subject to change during the season as per the Management’s discretion. In this instance, we are not obligated to reduce the price of any previously booked bed in the event that the price for other similar beds are reduced at a later time. We are also not obligated to notify clients to let them know of a change in price to other beds.
• We reserve the right to change the price of any booki​ngs should any errors have been made on our website and/or at the time of making a booking with our reservations department.
• We are unable to transfer bookings/deposits to our sister venues including Bam Bu Ku Ibiza.
• Please be aware of your belongings inside the venue, as during your time at O Beach Ibiza we cannot be held responsible for any unattended alcohol or personal items.
• O Beach Ibiza operates a policy in which you can hire towels for use with us directly for a 10 euro deposit and this will be returned to you at the end of the day, providing you return the towel and receipt. You cannot leave the venue with the towel in any circumstances, however if you have purchased a towel from our O Beach Boutique please retain the receipt as proof of purchase as you will be required to show this upon exit.
• Amex card payments will require valid photographic identification such as a passport or driving license unless it is operated with a chip and pin. For fraudulent reasons we will also require a photocopy of the card & ID.
• No credit/debit card details will be held once the payment is processed and receipt signed on the day of the booking.
• For the payment of your order(s) you will be redirected to the website of the payment processor. O Beach itself will have no financial information unless a manual booking is made with us via email.
• Payment is always made via a secure connection, for more information please refer to the website of the payment processor. As we charge in the local currency of Euros, we are unable to specify the amount taken in other currencies your bank will determine this rate.
• O Beach is recognised as an accepted establishment for spending cryptocurrency.
  We do not receive cryptocurrency directly, nor do we assume any risk associated with fluctuations in cryptocurrency values.
  We receive the equivalent value of the bill in euros, deposited into our bank account.
  BitNovo is the company that processes these transactions.
• Due to Visa's customer protection policies, we are unable to issue a refund directly to your credit card. You can contact your credit card issuer to request a chargeback. A chargeback is a process by which your credit card issuer reverses a charge on your account, effectively giving you a refund for the purchase. Your credit card issuer may have specific procedures that you will need to follow to request a chargeback, so it is a good idea to contact them for more information. Once your credit card issuer has received your request for a chargeback, they will begin an investigation and will work with the merchant (us) to resolve the dispute. If the investigation determines that you are entitled to a refund, the credit card issuer will issue a credit to your account for the disputed amount.

RESTAURANT BOOKINGS

• All restaurant reservations are for a maximum of 60 minutes. Please arrive at the time you have chosen.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to extend this time in the event you are late for your booking as they are allocated time slots.
• All restaurant bookings at O Beach are based on a minimum spend and deposit agreement.
• Restaurant reservations include a minimum spend of 50€ per person.
• The minimum spend is the minimum amount your party commits to spend that day on food and drink from the restaurant. If you do not reach your minimum spend during the allocated restaurant time slot, you will not be refunded the difference and the remaining amount cannot be transferred to a tab, another booking or event.
• The deposit to secure your reservation is 25€ which is non- refundable under any circumstances .
• Please note that you cannot use your bed minimum spend in the restaurant ; restaurant minimum spends and bed minimum spends are separate
• In the event that you may need to change the date of your reservation we will offer to change the date in same year if you contact us at least 7 days prior (subject to availability).
• The restaurant booking will include entry into the venue after your reservation, and if you spend the 50€ minimum spend per person.
• Your restaurant table is allocated by our team on arrival.

THB OCEAN BEACH HOTEL GUESTS

• Guests staying at the THB Ocean Beach Hotel who have booked via www.obeachibiza.com ONLY, will receive entry Monday to Sunday.
• Guests staying at the THB Ocean Beach Hotel who have booked via www.obeachibiza.com ONLY, are also entitled to 100% discount of the cover charge off their first bed booking (lowest priced bed in the cart, this excludes loungers). One ‘free cover charge’ is given per room booked during your stay. You will receive a discount code upon completing your booking which can be used on our website booking system up until the day before the event. • Guests booking directly via O Beach Ibiza Website and THB staying at Naeco & Los Molinos will receive standard FREE entry Monday to Sunday.
• By booking your stay at THB Ocean Beach Hotel through a third party you will be offered FREE entry Monday to Saturday and 50% off the entry cost on Sundays.
  When booking your stay at Naeco & Los Molinos through a third party you will be entitled to 50% off entry cost Monday to Saturday. Full cost will be charged on Sundays.
•  Direct hotel bookings must arrive before 5pm and third party hotel bookings must arrive before 3pm. We advise you to come as  early as possible to avoid disappointment.
• All guests who book directly with THB Naeco  will enjoy free entry to O Beach Ibiza. This will only be available when pre - booked in advance please contact [email protected] for further information

DRESS CODE

• O Beach Ibiza reserves the right to refuse admission for unsuitable attire which includes; body paint, fancy dress, novelty shoes, hen/stag accessories (including veils, crowns, sashes & matching t-shirts ). Props including inflatables are strictly prohibited.
• All guests must wear footwear to arrive and are also required to depart the venue respectfully clothed (tops & shorts/skirt).
• Sporting team tops are strictly prohibited.
• To bathe in the pool we do enforce that you wear proper bathing attire.
• You may not enter the pool fully clothed.
• Please note that topless bathing is not permitted in the venue.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

• We do not store any luggage, large bags or bike helmets at the venue or any of our venues so they will not be permitted inside.
• Please note all customers are responsible for their own belongings when attending an event. O Beach Ibiza does not accept any responsibility for any personal property brought to the venue. We do have lockers for small items so please speak to our team if you want to use these facilities.
• To help us give you the best customer service, please report any lost property as soon as possible and we will do our best to reunite you with your items.
• For any lost property being collected please be aware that we only keep items for up to 3 days after they have been reported lost, so please contact us as soon as possible. All items found within the venue will be kept for 3 days, after this time all items will be sent to the Guardia Civil. You can contact them on 0034 971 34 05 02.
• O Beach does not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to any property deposited in its lockers, phone charging units or bed safes.
• O Beach will not accept any liability for the loss of jewellery, other valuables or money contained within the lockers. We would ask that all customers report immediately to the Manager any missing items which have been deposited in the lockers or bed safes.

WATER JETS

Water Jets are positioned close to the pool at the within the venue, therefore please keep all phones and valuables away from this area. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of bad weather, guests with bed bookings and tickets may be offered to attend on another date, (subject to availability and in the same year). Please note that these bookings must be changed before 12PM on the day of the booked event. Please contact our team on 0034 971 80 32 60.

We operate a no refund policy, however in the case of force majeure (such circumstances include without limitation natural disasters or acts of God; acts of terrorism; labour disputes or stoppages; war; government acts or orders; epidemics, pandemics or outbreak of communicable disease; quarantines; national or regional emergencies) you may be offered to attend on another date, (subject to availability).

SAFETY

In case of Injury or accident, please make yourself known to our Staff. Please act and drink responsibly inside the venue, make sure you keep hydrated inside the day club especially in the peak season when the sun becomes the strongest.

Please remember when receiving bottles of champagne and proceeding to open them:

- Press down on the cork firmly whilst opening the cage/metal top.

- Do not shake or point the bottle in the direction of your own self or that of anyone else.

- When the bottle is empty please dispose of the glass bottle safely or give it to a member of staff.

No diving into the pool.

No running around the pool.

Drugs are strictly prohibited.

Please note pool depths are shallow ranging from 0.4m to 1.4cm.

ONLINE BOUTIQUE

O Beach Ibiza uses a third party for distribution of your items purchased from the online boutique.

We are not responsible for the delivery date of your items.
